From an interview:
Q: If you had to briefly explain to an American what your 10 Stations of Service is, how would you do it?
A: I often use the automobile as a metaphor for Americans. The Stations of Service is taking care of your soul, or your spirit, in the same way take care of your car. Rather than waiting for the car to break down, you take it in for regular preventive maintenance. The Stations of Service is like preventative care for the spirit.
Q: Since these Stations of Service are about you, are you then like a car mechanic?
A: Yeah, sort of. I prefer to think of myself as a gardner. I like to think that I grow people or help people grow. Grow in the sense of develop more fully to become who they are meant to become.

Station 4: Obedience
Station 5: Acceptance
Station 6: Submissive
Station 7: Control and Lust (I think this was meant to be Control and Desire)
Station 8: Addiction
Station 9: Thoughtless (I think this was meant to be Mindless)
Station 10: Surrender
