does anybody know any kind of effective selfbondage i can do? i would especially like to do something that confines me such as mummification. i dont have materials like handcuffs, rope, or restraints, but more household objects like blankets and clothes. if anybody has ideas that would be great.

Have a look in the https://www.likera.com/sb/tech.php (lycra and pantyhose section) , https://www.likera.com/sb/real.php and corresponding forums, I think you can find something suitable. Search for pantyhose single-glove, for example.
