Unfortunately they don't ship to Australia... I've been on Purafem for a few months now but I'm not sure how good the quality is.

Hence I was asking the question, and potentially saving money if it is not noticeably effective. About the scepticism: how are they putting 500mg on/in such a patch, and how is all of that passing the skin?
