Neither of those are actually examples of lolita, just examples of Chinese sellers adding whatever keywords they can think of to their listings to try to get items noticed by more people. Lolita (gothic lolita) is a fashion style originating in Japan that is inspired by victorian and rococo period fashion so much of it looks like billowing dresses with petticoats underneath, as a general example.

The seller was cosplayuser and it took 3 weeks, I ordered it on the 6th and it delivered today which considering the holidays I find great.
