The 2-Way Fit fabric is much tighter, sure, but it doesn't have the texture of the SSW fabric. It's so much smoother, more pleasant to touch and feel.

Now, the only way to get SSW suits are through Sleeque Mystique and Cultulu, and not every design has SSW fabric, and with limited inventory.

I miss the N-030 and T-015 designs.

From the pictures, the SSW suits I saw looked similar to Leohex.  Does Leohex use that SSW fabric?

Not at all. Leohex uses a mix of spandex and silk, while Realise's SSW uses something else.
I do not know exactly the name of them, I apologize.
Realise is much tighter, and stretchier given the same size.

Leohex and MJINM use OEKO-TEX 'Lycra' ; 3rd party certified Lycra
75% Nylon 25% Lycra mix.

Interesting. Did not know they used nylon in their fabric.

So I looked up what Realise's SSW and 2-Way fabrics, and turns out they have the same material, just different percentage.

SSW: 79% polyester, 21% polyurethane
2-Way: 82% Polyester, 18% Polyurethane

I did not expect a slight alteration in mixing them would make a huge difference. A 3% difference.

Higher polyester percentage probably adds to the durability, possibly at the expense of a bit of smoothness and shine.

What's also important is direction of the 'nap' of the fabric (on the fabric face side/outside) and relative thread density.

The more pronounced the nap and the less dense the threads are, the less smooth it will feel.

So how many Realise swimsuits do you guys own?
I current have 4 suits: N-015, N-0371, T-011 and N-060.
And 2 more coming in: N-506 and N-0331.

Shame that the back zips that I want, none of them has thongs.
