From the pictures, the SSW suits I saw looked similar to Leohex. Does Leohex use that SSW fabric? RE: Realise Swimsuits - long-term review - kenwaynguyen - 19 Apr 2022 Not at all. Leohex uses a mix of spandex and silk, while Realise's SSW uses something else. I do not know exactly the name of them, I apologize. Realise is much tighter, and stretchier given the same size. Leohex and MJINM use OEKO-TEX 'Lycra' ; 3rd party certified Lycra 75% Nylon 25% Lycra mix. Did not know they used nylon in their fabric. RE: Realise Swimsuits - long-term review - kenwaynguyen - 20 Apr 2022 So I looked up what Realise's SSW and 2-Way fabrics, and turns out they have the same material, just different percentage. SSW: 79% polyester, 21% polyurethane 2-Way: 82% Polyester, 18% Polyurethane I did not expect a slight alteration in mixing them would make a huge difference. A 3% difference. What's also important is direction of the 'nap' of the fabric (on the fabric face side/outside) and relative thread density. The more pronounced the nap and the less dense the threads are, the less smooth it will feel. RE: Realise Swimsuits - long-term review - kenwaynguyen - 21 Apr 2022 So how many Realise swimsuits do you guys own? I current have 4 suits: N-015, N-0371, T-011 and N-060. And 2 more coming in: N-506 and N-0331. Shame that the back zips that I want, none of them has thongs. RE: Realise Swimsuits - long-term review - Like Ra - 22 Apr 2022 I've got 3. Need to find the part numbers somewhere. RE: Realise Swimsuits - long-term review - unicast - 23 Apr 2022 I know it's not Realise.
