I would say no. Because.....

I remember way back in the late 90s where some was deep throating a hotdog.

Interesting... so, as you say, it's the luck of the draw what size cock you get to stuff in your mouth!

No I think they are the same diameter.
Since mine arrived I've been looking around and seen that there are definitely at least 2 different sizes.
But the listings often don't say what the length is...
And I assumed they were all the same... and the photos of the gag are often blurred out so it makes it quite hard to judge.

I purchased one of these from AliExpress a few months ago, and the only option that I was able to see at the time was the smaller gag. Wish it were the larger one though.... 😊
