Focused conditioning (forcing something to become a habit then maybe integrating it) - melindahun - 20 Mar 2026

Over the years, I have experimented with different kinds of hypnosis, from traditional ones (kei, bambi, gracie), through self-hypnosis (mantras, memory rewrite attempts) to the AI-generated ones here and elsewhere, and also tried the extreme parts of JOI videos. I've had a lot of progress over time, and I am proud that I've slowly changed myself... maybe too slow though.

I'm now looking for ways to condition myself in a focused way. To create habits through small/short repeated acts, which over time accumulate, and become parts of what I do and what I am.

One idea to achieve this is to put myself into feminization/transitioning/future-romance mindset every now and then through porn and self-hypnosis mantras. E.g. every 12 hours I must spend 15 minutes with some kind of focused task, e.g. one of:
- watching porn so I can project myself, my current or future body image (shemale) into the actors
- watching tutorial material on feminization (fashion, makeup, behavior, even trad/religious stereotypes)
- watching single images (usually guys only) and repeating important mantras I want to become/do/feel
- meditate on a memory and how it would have felt if I had been a woman at that point

To make things progressing, I could do it more frequently, and I could always decrease the time between sessions.

But it feels like this is half-baked. Any suggestions or criticism of this?
