Ok I have never really gone super deep and because of my ADHD I sometimes just flat out get bored when a file goes to long. It's made it difficult to really get any triggers to really stick. I really want to play around with Bambi , Brephos, and Mistress Clarrisa. Does anyone have any suggestions like are there herbs to increase trance potency and suggestibility. I've tried with nothing in my system shrooms, weed, and acid but haven't had much luck. I've been trying for years. Hope someone can help.

I will often simply play a water themed background track while listening to a file - for me it helps to stop my mind from wandering & trance: https://www.likera.com/forum/mybb/Thread-Hypnosis-enhancers-and-helpers?pid=81364#pid81364
Some people prefer additional visual aids for this & works better for them (anything from a cliché spiral to a video with a similar theme to the file you are listening to), for me it is audio. Just try different methods & see what functions best for you. We're all different fortunately.
Something with a thicker more busy white noise may work better for you (if an audio background does help you at all) than the examples in that post:
