My wife and I are looking to incorporate hypnosis into our dynamic.

Honestly, and maybe it's just us, but I can drop my partner so much deeper than any file she has come across. What can take 90 minutes of listening to, and wear off quickly, I can do in 10 minutes and have it stick for the night.
Albeit, the files are great when one is in the mood and the other isn't, but if she has embraced her Domme side, you both will benefit hugely if she can learn the basics. We came from ropes and bondage and haven't looked back.

We are starting using regular phrases to enforce behaviour so will look into your suggestions, thank you
