Honestly, and maybe it's just us, but I can drop my partner so much deeper than any file she has come across. What can take 90 minutes of listening to, and wear off quickly, I can do in 10 minutes and have it stick for the night.

Good advice thanks, yes the servitude is one area we are into. basically - productive when i need to work, placid, docile and submissive the rest of the time.

We are starting using regular phrases to enforce behaviour so will look into your suggestions, thank you
