What girl did you see in the mirror? Was she someone you imagined consciously, or she was "presented" to you by your SCM (subconscious, intuition, whatever) like in a night dream?
In my case it was the latter. Very unexpectable, to be honest, it's not "my type of girls". She looked like Alice from Tim Burton's "Alice in Wonderland" 2010 film, but a bit thinner and more airy, fairy, or elfy.

A guided regression meditation. Just like the other files from this set I was listening to this one while walking in the centre of Dűsseldorf (the only time I had for extended listening). It was difficult to combine both critical listening for technique analysis and actual visualisation and re-living, but in any case, the files are very positive, and might help with the "general" self-acceptance and self-confidence issues, not only gender related ones.
