I haven't listened to bambi regularly for awhile, but the oblivion file sounded fun, so i decided this was a good opportunity to listen to it on its own, so maybe I wouldn't go too deep

Update today after sleeping on the experience, I'm amazed how much just the one file has affected me, even without properly training and not doing Bambi in awhile.
