Edit: it seems to work better if you post the triggers in your first response, as opposed to in the very first post with all of this. If you include all of it in the first post, then ChatGPT includes all the triggers in every subsequent prompt. If you post this first then get a reply and respond to that with the triggers telling it to incorporate those triggers into future prompts, it works better, and it uses the triggers more selectively.

Edit: remember this is a work in progress and if you play around with it, you will get better results than anything you're able to get if you try to get it all in in the first go.
