Dual self bondage is pretty easy. Face to face or 69.
Pictures are hard to come by, because self means one or solo bondage.
Duo or dual bondage is actually two people in bondage, so you can't really say a duo self bondage because there will be a master and slave.

Depending on the chastity device, if a penis dildo can be attached, as in a belt design, then a 69 is possable.
Being you are both slaves, you could try the back to back like what I posted earlier.
