I have been struggling to get any hypnosis to work due to my ADD brain trying as hard as it can to knock me out of a trance against my will. I remember asking a few years ago, when the hypnosis formed first went up, if any of these could work while sleeping as that is probably the only time you can get my brain to sit and listen to anything for an extended period of time.
At the time, I was told that falling asleep turns off the part of the brain that listens to hypnosis. However, reading this thread is giving me some hope back. I may have to give these videos a go. I presume you just loop them all night?
Also, I would probably make a point of downloading the videos as an mp3 (via YouTube downloader on my phone) so as to avoid any unwanted overpaid advertising interrupting the loops. Last thing I need is my subconsciousness to develop any political opinions. 😬
Although, recently, one CommanderRab has provided some inspiration for what could be considered an "optimal listening environment" regardless of consciousness.

Under "background hypnosis" I meant audio files you listen to while doing other things in parallel. Listening while sleeping in something completely different.

Hi all. I usually don't have time to do a full session in trance, also I have Autism and ADHD so that means a lot of files don't work on me as my brain is either rushing, or trying to focus on the feelings, which doesn't help, or my mind shoots off in a random tangent and I effectively stop listening because the inner monolog is too loud.
So have a female voice (as I find male voices are too jarring and not soothing for me) in the background as I play games, paint minis or cook is a lot better. Would anyone know of any files like this I prefer Samantha Sez but any female hypnotist will do. Of any background files that can be listened to while actively doing something?
