Today I've heard about experiment, in which while one person sleeps, another one pronounces a phrase on a language, not known to the first person. Under hypnosis, the first person was able to exactly reproduce that phrase (without knowing its meaning). Has anybody heard anything about it? Any more information? Any links?

If it's confirmed, than all those "learn while sleep" things might work indeed.

What's the way to properly use sublimal file? Should I listen at low sound and hear words or not? Or maybe I completely wrong?

Depends on the file and on the subliminals. If it's "silent subliminals", you will not hear them anyway. If the words can be heard, then listen using the same volume level which you use for "usual" files.

Are there any methods to achieve trance? For example meditation etc. I've listened hypothesis for 5-6 months and always have conscious control during hypnotreck. Something different was with bambi sleep induction (I don't listen other files), a light headache.

Trance shouldn't be "fully unconscious". Like meditation, trance is a focus, in this case, focus on the voice. The rest disappears. And, of course, there are different types of trances. If you are actively visualizing something, it's also a trance.

Ok. But what about forgetting, for example emg susceptible file? EMG sad that I should forget anything that was saying in file.

Nobody says that the file will work for you exactly as advertised 😉 As an experiment, check this one: https://www.likera.com/forum/mybb/Thread-Hypnosis-enhancers-and-helpers?pid=36165#pid36165

Aeady. Quite annoying for me.
So the point is carefully listen. What else can help to achieve deep trance state? Hypnosis enhancers and helpers aeady red this

I am using hypnosis file for a while now. I never know exactly if I was deep into hypno or perhaps I only felt asleep.
I simply hope that is was the first thing, and I was really deep. 😊  Any suggestions how I could check this?
Currently I have the feeling that the triggers are not working, but perhaps I am only thinking that...

One other thing:
I am currently looking for files, which are implanting real good fake memories from the childhood. Anyone has some suggestions for such files?

RE: General hypnosis discussion - Like Ra - 27 Jul 2019

The only real way to check if it works is to test the triggers and suggestions from the files you were listening.
