Searching shows that it's leggings (not tights) and the statue is actually a 3d print from a 3d scan, what explains such details.

If you see a hi-res pic there are legging details at her ankles, also on her left shin.

For the benefit of Ra, in her official video for 'Breaking Away' Jaki wore a pink version the Ectomorph rubber biker jacket. Sadly I've never been able to find a hi--res clip though.
