Overday self-bondage idea - Like Ra - 28 Jun 2016
Here's an idea I've been working on (based on Grigbertz' art, see https://www.likera.com/blog/wp/archives/2703 )
o- Place the handcuffs key outside (we have a small garden behind the house, that is visible from the neighbours).
I thought leaving it in the shed, but it's better if will be on the ground (but fixed somehow, for I know those birds....) in the visible area.
o- Dress up in something that you will never want your neighbours see you in.
It can be a pink sissy maid dress, or a latex catsuit with a hood, bright latex dress, back-seamed stockings. Very high heels are absolutely necessary. Some prefer nudity, but it's not my taste. Sticking out butt-plugs, strap-ons are welcome, if you want.
o- Lock your wrists behind your back with steel handcuffs. (Ideally your elbows should be cuffed too, like on the pictures, but I do not know how to achieve it alone).
You either have to wait until it's too dark to see you outside trying to pick up the key with arm behind your back (I can barely walk on the heels I currently have, so it's an additional bondage and embarrassing moment).
A variation is arms in the front chained to a steel collar. In this case you should be able to work on a computer, if you have to. If not, you can try to do home chores with arms behind the back. Think of cleaning, eating, feeding your cat, etc. If you intend to eat or speak (think of conference calls), you can leave the gag out (or hanging it around your neck as a precious jewellery for your neighbours to admire - think of a red ball gag, or a dildo).
See why I bought the KUB handcuffs? They must be absolutely inescapable without the key.
Things I'm looking for:
o- lockable steel collar (KUB ones are ideal, but the shipping from US is way too expensive)
o- how to lock the shoes on the legs
o- elbow cuffs I can apply and undo alone
Any other ideas?

A modification to increase the difficulty level.
o- The clothes (dress, catsuit, swimsuit, hood, gag, whatever, all of them) should be locked and the key is placed in the shed (or somewhere else)
o- Lock the shed, place the key high up somewhere, where you can't reach with bound/shackled arms
o- Suspend the key to the handcuffs in the stocking with ice outside of your view (around the shed), so you can't see if it's released or not
To get free:
o- wait until it's dark
o- make sure that the key is released (or check if it's released, if not go back and repeat later)
o- get the key and undo the handcuffs
o- get back and retrieve the key to the shed
o- go to the shed and grab the key(s) to your very embarrassing sissy clothes (gag, hood, etc.)
o- get back home and undress (if you want)
Thus you can increase the chance to be seen if you decide to (or must) release yourself earlier.

I would like to add a vibrating chastity belt. One that turns on after a delay of, say 2 hours, and stops when the belt comes off or the battery dies.

Yes, a chastity belt is a must in this scenario here. Not sure about vibration, but a butt-plug with e-stim should be fun.

Yes, I though about something like what's in the second photo, but tighter, otherwise it won't work. The first one will work, but it looks bulkier.

I would add a proximity sensor. The vibrators will turn on close to the shed. If you want to be stimulated, go to the shed, but you will be in full view. And the other way around, if you are about to check/collect the key, you might orgasm in public (if it's not too dark).

Do you have paved path in your backyard or grass? High heels tend to sink backwards into the dirt, throwing you off balance. You could fall if you are restrained when you have a mis-step.
My suggestion is wedge boots. They allow you to walk on the grass and you can't remove them without the use of your hands.
