I don't have anything to contribute but a request with some background info and the scenario.
Back in the mid2010s, i had a series where it was a female tist, and i want to say it was intended for couples, having to do with orgasm control, boiling down to controlling the urge to twitch down there, last longer by suppressing it or relaxing against it.
