After more hypno sessions, some completely awake and others just before falling asleep, I can conclude that for me hypno is not exactly working the way I imagined, but it does work to a pleasurable degree. I feel more focused and calm after each session, I'm not entirely sure I'm 'addicted' as some of the files suggest, but feeling all relaxed is a nice thing after a busy day.
There is only one little problem with the files I hear... I'm a
eady obsessed, and most files presume I'm new to my fetish so they end up trying to convince me of accepting my deep little secret. I don't need to surrender, I aeady did many years ago 😁 . And there is this common phrase of 'going deeper and deeper' which I find somewhat repetitive. I understand it is a standard technique, but after 2 hours of repeatedly hearing hypno files, I don't know how much more deeper I need to go.
