Basically, TV/films of today is what the society is "brainwashed/indoctrinated/inculcated/hypnotized" about to become in the nearest future.

Not really, some of the induction files relax me quite well but thats about it.
They are based on actual relaxation techniques though so its no great surprise.

To disassociate with "black magic" and just "bad sounding words" like "curse", hypnotists began to use a much more positive term "blessing".

According to various hypnosis articles - no, unless the hypnotee "subconsciously" wants it (yeah, what is "subconsciously"? 😁 )
According to various NLP articles - yes, and this is what NLP is for.
However, hypnosis uses NLP, and street (e.g. gypsy) hypnosis is used exactly for that.
So, what is the answer to the original question?
There is another opinion: hypnosis can't make you do what you do not want, but it can change what you want.

So I have been trying most of these hypnosis files for a long while now. I can say the cardigan "virtual plug" worked for a second but that might just be because I needed to "go". I don't see any result or change in me other than I can't seem to enjoy listening to any other hypnotist now than EMG... It's been a month and I can't stop listening, even if nothing actually worked! I don't understand why I can't stop listening to his files! Addiction...
