很抱歉我迟到了整整半年，而且还没有带来文件。中间发生了很多事，总之，在我正打算将有助于使用者恢复正常状态的音频上传时，该死的电脑维修工，他在未经我允许的情况下更换了我的硬盘，我怀疑他偷偷将我的硬盘卖出去了。这使我失去了许多重要文件，包括恢复用的音频与这个论坛的网址。但因祸得福，我也失去了bs音频。虽然我知道我只需花些许时间就能再找到它们，但我并没有。
在这半年里我找了个工作，并扩展了许多兴趣爱好，我可以很确定的告诉你，所谓的恢复音频只是个拙劣的模仿品，它更多发挥一种安慰剂效应，让你更有信心脱离对bs的依赖。没有它，你也能做到。我买了台ps2，玩我新迷上的合金装备系列，我还买了台3d打印机，用它做了一个关节玩偶，我从地下室翻出母亲的缝纫机，为玩偶做了一套华丽的衣服，并为自己定制了一套舒适体面的西装。这些事填满了我这半年的生活，有时我会怀念听bs音频时的快乐，但还有更有意义的事等着我去做。
相信你自己，你的人生不只有bs，更不只有当下，just do it。
I’m sorry I’m six months late and didn’t even bring the files. A lot happened in between. To make a long story short, just as I was about to upload the audio that could help users return to a normal state, that damn computer repair guy replaced my hard drive without my permission. I suspect he secretly sold my old one. As a result, I lost many important files, including the recovery audio and the URL to this forum. But every cloud has a silver lining—I also lost the BS audio. Though I knew I could find them again with a little effort, I chose not to.
Over the past six months, I got a job and explored many new hobbies. I can say with certainty that so-called "recovery audio" is just a shoddy imitation, functioning more as a placebo to boost your confidence in breaking free from BS dependency. You don’t need it to succeed. I bought a PS2 and got hooked on the Metal Gear series. I also bought a 3D printer and made an articulated doll, then dug out my mother’s old sewing machine from the basement to craft an extravagant outfit for it. I even tailored myself a comfortable, decent suit. These things filled my life over the past six months. Sometimes I miss the joy of listening to BS audio, but there are far more meaningful things to do.
Believe in yourself. Your life isn’t just about BS, nor is it only about the present. Just do it.

ill be listening now. so weird, thanks to bambi learning chineese simplified on duo linguo i feel the emotional weight of bambis words even though i dont understand alsmost anything besides some basics
