I can agree with this. The videos actually kind of take me out of it, so it's better just having it in the background. I had a similar effect of it kind of scrambling my current thoughts, and it definitely left me disoriented and kind of aroused. But I haven't noticed any long-term effects

This exactly. I didn't listen to the full video since the last third is just a bunch of music changes, but the first hour was kind of intense.

Well I mean I've downloaded the videos and just let them play overnight in my earbuds and I do feel more sexually charged than I did a few months ago, but I meant like, do you listen to audio during the day? Or do you have set times when you listen to them?
