In terms of rope bondage, the Domina who trained me was a firm believer in the "two finger" rule. i could always get out of it. Well, she should not have challenged me with, "Try to get out of that!" i took it quite literally.

I've stopped giving challenges to my wife, who's a fighter. She wants to win so badly that she even hurts herself.
LAUGHING but 100% real: I've replaced the challenges with ‘if you don't manage to free yourself you'll get a little spanking’. As she likes being spanked, I'm more relaxed.
