I do not mean inducing any damage, but stretching it close to the maximum to make "clenching" as difficult as possible.

I don't care for usb charged/battery wands, too weak, buzzy like a bee instead of deep & rumbly.. and inevitably always run out of power when you don't want them to
I have two Euro wands, strong & mains driven ... Only down side, the capacitors sometimes die & need to be replaced (very cheap but you have to de-solder/solder) or you can buy a replacement PCBA (be really careful with the flex cable and do not stress it, it is very delicate if bent too far & will snap, experience...):

Those newer pistol massagers look interesting and powerful... and cost less than Hitachi/Euro wands. If one of mine dies beyond repair, I may try one of those. Otherwise, I have not found an alternative... yet...
