Why is this the most important question?
The process has destroyed a career, hurt a lot of people, cost me my reputation and wasted 10 years of my life. That for me is important.
One change I noticed I am more prone to urinary tract infections. My health has declined. I have lost control of my life.
Shall I go on?

My question was about the direct effects of the files. E.g. the files can not durectly cause urinary infection. They might induce some behaviour, which might lead to infections, but not directly cause them.

It is very hard for me to self-observe while under the influence of these suggestions. I know that from the people around me, my family they have noted that I changed from being a relatively stable, somewhat arrogant (less so in the later years due to fruits of meditation practice) ambitious male to a moody, unreliable person that now starts things but never finishes them, caught in an addiction that drains his energy.
The functioning of my penis has changed. I rarely have orgasms, they are of lower intensity and the energy escapes very quickly into other parts of the body. I am unable to have normal sex, which has jeopardized my last relationship, and now I am not even trying to connect to a woman to spare her the frustration.
I have been seeking help, but unable to find anyone who can help me with this problem. I wish so much that I could go back to how I was before I encountered this material.

I dont know where the infections come from. I know they started when I listened to the SeducedToServe series of recordings.

I was able to get my hands on all of sbs files. I’ve listened to all of the compliance files and listened to bend over. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to listen to next?
