I have relaxed most of my anxiety after a bit of, I guess meditation, two days ago. I did some breathing exercises then rode down the next sinking feeling, I got into a sort of waking trance and hung out there for maybe five minutes. Have not felt so nervous since then.
I don't know if there is some conditioning in one of the files I listened to saying you'll suffer if you don't "listen" to SB, or if my own paranoia was just inducing it. Hypnodb website list doesn't mention these files at all, so it's not a reliable source of info, unfortunately.
