I've done something similar to this
I'd take some shiny 15den tights, pull the tights over my cock to the top of the toe, secure the tights in place with a cock ring and ball stretcher and use a vibrator to edge myself.

Curious…In the usual way to wear pantyhose, I might develop varicose veins on my legs and feet, wouldn’t I develop varicose veins on my penis when I’m wearing pantyhose with my penis head exposed? What about wearing a knee-high pantyhose on my exposed penis head all the time, removing the knee high at bedtime?

From my thinking, I experienced varicose veins on my legs and I thought it was because I wore pantyhose (although maybe a size too small). So, I naturally reasoned that if wearing pantyhose either too small, all day & night or both, that would cause varicose veins on my penis.
