No, I didn't listen to the file. I mean, she and her files changed me so quickly that I wanted it without any doubt. I realized that something was wrong only after the incident in the shower

Ah, I see now. Yes, this is how it's supposed to happen. We have a couple of threads here where people mention "before" and "after" several years of hypno. Clearly, hypnosis does not work 😆

So, in your case (and mine), the hypnosis works as a constant light nudge into particular directions. And at the same time it dissolves obstacles by, for example, changing the "normality levels". This is how brainwashing works. What used to be unacceptable becomes "why not?", then "Yeah, let's try it, nodody's around...", then "Yes, I do it every day", and then you stop noticing it.
