"Total recall" is a weird one. The basic idea is to recall what you were trained and programmed for (like in the "Total recall" film with Schwarzenegger) by watching TV and waiting for the trigger.

S@m4nta 5ez 1,2 and 3 - is a nice vanilla trance training series. Very calm and relaxing. I went very deep with "3" - it set up a trigger for colour red - when you see it, you are supposed to recall the trance training, relax and be more suggestible to hypnosis. After listening to the files, all red items looked "brighter" and more visible indeed.

S@m4nta 5ez Revised - is also a trance training file, but nothing stood out.

All four files have "amnesia" suggestions for the conscious mind (to forget the words of the session), and good memory for subconscious mind (to memorize what was told).

Are you sure? I wonder if all these symbols are added by SB randomly and can be interpreted differently, according to own associations, etc. Most (if not all 😁) of SB's files are about pleasure and HFO, and I wonder if anything "standing out" might be interpreted this way.
