anyone who wants reversible feminization should deeply examine the reasons behind this. should you be seeking medically significant changes to your body if you're not willing to commit to them?
anyone who wants significant feminization should not waste their time on something that will have marginal, if any, real feminizing effects

please enlighten me, why do you prefer this route over bioidentical estrogen when the result you want (in this case, growing boobs) is caused by activating the estrogen receptors? i can't see a way in which the selectivity or potency of PM or similar would be preferential

Have you got some results? Side effects? Have you a
eady PM boobs developed?In my opinion the dosage is too high! I thought about adding to my protocol of PM and Maca also Saw Palemetto and Aguaje.
What do you thinking about it? Have you some suggested patch with those elements together?

If it is, there was/is a very good thread by someone who documented their experiences and changes over a longer period of 3+ years on low dose estradiol (well, they went up a bit as it progressed) via a (subcutaneous) implant. I'll see if I can find it again.
I still believe transdermal patches are safer & they are still available over the counter without a prescription in a couple of EU countries (the shipping is not allowed officially and can be confiscated if discovered). The blood work is still important with diy (your doctor is not allowed to disclose that information, important in some countries due to insurance & and some gatekeeping if you decide to transition fully later).

- Saw Palmetto blocks estrogen receptors in breasts (need to find articles)
- There were many researches on Saw Palmetto, and still no certainty, that it reliably inhibits 5a-reductase (to prevent T->DHT conversion). Just a bit better, than placebo.
- Maca does not change much E/T-wise.
- Aguaje is not in the top list of phytoestrogenic herbs (need to check if there were any papers published).

So, I took Pueraria to enhance my skin, hair, nails, smell, and, possibly, regroup some fat. Also, the bare fact that I swallow PM has/had some psychological effect.
OTOH, I have no idea what's inside those pills. Some creamy elongated powder...

And then there could also be some genetics involved. I have been wondering whether there would be any correlation when people who have succeeded in growing boobs with phytoestrogens are set out against the boob size of female family members, specially when they were young. In first instance the exact origin of the phytoestrogens might be of lesser importance. Maybe lots of beer (hops) is be sufficient.
