What amazes me though, if that was me, I'd be getting out of it as soon as possible to check the damage
the wrist loops are normally snug and just forced on/off but escapable I think... they would be off in 2 mins, blindfold off shortly there after to see if I was bleeding all over the hotel room carpet!!
EDIT: Love the bit at ~11mins where they open the room door for a cheeky peak, only to find the room opposite is wide open and probable being cleaned by room service... very quick back track and slam the door!!

Looks as if there's another copy of "Simple and Effective Elbow Bondage Detailed Explanation" out there now, at boundhub:

I'm reasonably sure this is the same vid, modulo performance/size tradeoff, since the length reported by boundhub is within 1 second of that of the version published at asian-bondage.com, and the screenshots are similar in content. I can't tell for sure because I haven't downloaded this.
Expect either lower resolution or some other performance compromise, since this is typical of videos at boundhub. But if you're pressed for storage space, this may be acceptable.

Well to me, Guisi's way doesn't look like a "simple" way to tie elbows together. His "self-dance" even looks dangerous as I see a rope almost going around the neck a some time
