You're supposed to do them in order to train the triggers, though a few don't have much carry-over.

I like pretty much all of them but the Sissybot video including the shorter tic-toc ones, some feel longer than others. Starlight Sissy is my personal favorite I think.
I feel like the shorter videos are better to get you into the format so my suggestion would be training loop, sissy deep conditioning or Sissy confusion

I don't remember anything from the first few, but looking at them again I think pavlov, pink lips, star light, and lighthouse have triggers that get used as the series goes. the other ones before that are mostly for effects (training loop I guess, deep conditioning, rabbit hole), maybe tick tock has one but it's not used very much. pet and oral fixation feel really short. I wouldn't bother with anything after that -too much literally-just-bambi- or the really old 'why not's. also, if I'm being uncharitable, astral swap is "astral project your soul away and get possessed," so don't do that.
