Quick imho summary: very stupid.
Intended audience is for gender non conforming men - sissy is used a lot -, who as she states *explicitly* do not identify as women, to fully transition with SRS because it pleases Clarissa and turns her on - the whole file is about her kinks, not the desires and wishes of the listener.
Fortunatlely Clasrissa does not "speak" to a lot of people, if she should and the listener is not tg and follows this, they will be prime candidates for massive dysphoria & suicide later. If she works for you, don't listen, it is just plain stupid.
I'm very comfortable in my skin with my place on the greyscale of gender & Clarissa does not work for me, for anyone who isn't and for whom she does speak to, this file is just a bad idea.

....I had to stop & re-listen to several parts, I tend to "blank out" Clarissa quickly and did repeatedly here... I don't know exactly why, it is not her British English, I'm quite fond of BE. The old MsJ files with their really terrible low-fi TTS can get under my skin quickly. Clarissa's remakes do not, my mind wanders elsewhere 🤷🏽♀️ .
Sorry, I don't usually give negative reviews, I'm fine with kinks of others which do not speak to me... but suggesting an explicitly not desired SRS as the basis of & an action in a kink hypnosis file for some domme's amusement is a bit beyond the pale for me.... bad taste & irresponsible.

OTOH... several thoughts here.
This "internal riot against" might be a perfect trigger for a strong association. When the related events happen, that association might automatically triggered, creating anxiety, uneasyness, excitement, nervousity. And you might started thinking, that it's happening, the hypnosis is working, and this is how it begins to work indeed,
Another way how it might work. There is a psychological (NLP) technique, where you ask for several things (some of them are way too complex, expensive, unethical, ridiculous, weird, etc), so the person you ask happily do the easiest task and refusing the rest. And this is exactly what you want, because if you asked for only the things you need, the person could refuse, but now he/she has a choice. Same here. You have a list of tasks:
- behave like a woman
- dress like a woman
- look like a woman
- wear makeup
- speak like a woman
- take hormones
- get breast implants
- chop you privates off
You might vocally refuse the last 2-3 options, but the rest is getting through your consciousness as much less severe, and even OK in comparison to those 2-3. And your "normality" level suddenly shifts. A couple of months-years of brainwashing, and the normality level shifts again, leaving only the last two as "no way". And suddenly you realise that you have changed quite dramatically.
