And green tea is great at inhibiting 5a-reductase/DHT and as an anti-oxidant. Then the organism adapts. And, suddenly, what used to work stops working. Also, metabolism changes with the age. That's why I asked about it. While your great and quick success is very encouraging, the most difficult part is to create new habits and to make them permanent, while keeping your body surprised and your mind entertained. BTW, I can recommend https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ekadashi fasts. These are the days for 2026 (change your location accordingly): https://www.drikpanchang.com/vrats/ekadashidates.html?geoname-id=2759794 RE: Be fit, be pretty and crossdress more! Like since my post on saturday, i ate such a huge amount of tacos, 4 large tortillas wraps with all the fillings(when ive lately only eaten 2 maaaaaaaaaybe 2 and a half), and idk yesterday i just never got hungry, so only thing ive eaten since that taco meal 36~hours ago is a small amount of candy&chocolate😅didnt give me the energy crash that i would usually get if i go back to early winter 2025, was constantly snacking on carbs then.Quote:I went from 121.3kg-71.3kg in exactly 9 months last year, and have stayed in the 71-74kg range now these last 6 months..On one hand it looks great, on another - quite scary. But the most stupid thing that got me back onto them was a youtube video "What does white monster actually do to your body?" maybe it was a mk ultra subliminal type video paid for by big daddy coke 👀Quote:That's a worrying signal... People with family, kids to feed, stressfull work, etc.. I can totally see it feeling extremely hard/impossible to find the motivation to change so much. But reducing carbohydrates or just introducing intermittent fasting, to lower your insulin.. Is something that more people should be aware of in my opinion, and worked very much for me, counting calories and/or exercising hard at the gym isn't the only way. Im 99% sure i couldnt have lost weight if i was eating quick carbohydrates 5 times a day while lets say it was only 1500calories total(from my 2500~ daily needed intake i guess), my Insulin levels would have just been way too high then, so body would start to shut down and make me feel extremely low energy and bad. But with keto and fasting i felt fine literally all the time, i did take a lot of salt though!! RE: Be fit, be pretty and crossdress more! BUT, if I keep my mind busy with something exciting and arousing (think of fetish, kink, bondage, feminization and sissification hypno), I begin to lose weight quickly - no time for food 😅 (especially if you are bound & gagged 🤣) (11 May 2026, 05:44 )xorzee Wrote: But with keto and fasting i felt fine literally all the timeOhh... lucky you!
