How would you like to be the one in the photo? I sure would---with padlocks on all of the buckles, and my arms pinned in a matching armbinder. I don't have the figure for it though (unless I was also put into a really tight corset). Put all of that together with a pair of locking ballet boots, and I would be in heaven!

I don’t care if I have that figure or not.
I still love to be in that outfit with one last strap. Maybe two straps.
The first additional strap would be under that dress to keep it pulled down from the waist, between the legs, to hold the butt plug in place, and up the back. This will keep the dress pulled down without showing said strap.
And the last strap, would around the hem of the dress to keep the skirt part from crawling up. And it would keep the thighs together tightly tight.

For me, it would be something like this piece I drew of my fursona.

Bound in a straitjacket with a built-in posture collar, wearing thigh high ballet heel boots and strapped into the lower half of a bondage sarcophagus made to my measurements. Then having it lowered to the floor and having the lid put in place and latched tight by my boyfriend, who would then leave me like that overnight.

For me it has to be layers of restrictive leather clothing, starting with some big fake tits, then zip crotch briefs and then leather suspender belt and stockings, then a full leather catsuit followed by shoulder length leather gloves and high heel crotch boots, then over that a full head to ankles leather corset hobble dress and then a floor length leather hobble jacket over that which features a super tall collar that can be zipped shut to hide my head completely .
I would then have someone suspend me and insert toys etc and stay that way for a whole wknd just enjoying the restriction of the leather and the smell and sound of the leather as I wriggle in it
