I have an oxballs ball stretcher and a sacksling.
I can concur that they do get a bit 'grabby' after a while.
Most I've worn the sacksling for is about 4hrs without any additional lubricant, longer might be possible with some.

They do an electro version of the sacksling with some internal contacts, but played with mine the other day and was able to use normal tens pads and just feed the wires through the openings.
