I've used the oxballs version. Very comfortable and easy to use. Went on easily with some silicone lube an stayed in place with the the ballstrap and a vacuum created in the sheet, didn't slip at all. On the other hand it's thick silicone so there isn't much feeling when it's on, haven't managen to cum with it on.

I've also used the cock&ball ring from oxballs and also experienced the pinching. But the ball ring on the sheet is not as tall as the one on the cock&ball ring, and its softer an thus stretches more so long-term wear is alot more comfortable. Didn't pinch at all.
