4" heels all day, never measured the distance walked as a lot of the time I was immobile in the bedroom! I also have several boots all with around a 5" heel. My black patent leather crotch high boots (my current fav) have a 5" stiletto heel, no platform, that I wore for 5-6 hours of clubbing. I drove in them, walked maybe a mile total, car, bar, club. Mostly standing and some dancing at the club. No problems. I have tried 6" heels without a platform and can barely stand without holding on to something, let alone walk. Could have been the design of the boot but 5" appears to be my limit.

Locked in my ballet boots around 2 hours but little walking. In my five inch heels around 4 hours walking around the apartment.

I can walk pretty far in my four inch heels and five inch heels. I can also spend most of the day in 6 inch heels around the house but I have found walking longer distances in them quite challenging. The ankle strength was a bit lacking, especially when I needed to walk down hill and keep my balance. I have also done walks where I’ve left a set of keys to the heel locks somewhere and I’ve had to walk there to retrieve them. Locking those padlocks on was a trrrifying yet totally exciting moment. Stepping out of the house and knowing I had a decent distance to walk until I could retrieve the keys, and then the same distance back, was exhilarating. Luckily only one person saw me. I was dressed in full rubber and a corset underneath my male clothes, with an inflatable and vibrating butt plug and chastity belt locked on too. The keys to my chastity were also with the keys to my heels.

I have a pair of ballet heels and can only walk a few metres at a time before my feet start cramping! Keep trying to build up my strength!

6 inch heels nearly all day around the house. Never been out in them though.

I have a pair of 5" and 6" heels that I like to wear.  I never wear them outside, just around the house when I am home alone, although I have tried driving with them on. I was on a 7 hour drive and wore them for at least 4 hours while driving.

Idk how many miles but 6 hours in New York. 5 1/4" no platform. Plus had sex with real horny lady after lunch ?
