He keeps pulling the hogtie tighter and tighter until her ankles are at the level with her elbows, and even puts the rubber bands on her feet again. Unable to move at all, she finds herself in a miserable situation with only her stomach touching the floor.

That loop of chain is fixed to handcuffs, so you can't roll it to have easier access to the padlock, but have to raise your arms lifting the weight of the chain while standing on your tiptoes in ballet boots. Or you can rest on your knees with your arms stretched high in the air.
