I bought this outfit about a month ago.
The largest one I could find. Size 16 (XXXL)
To my surprise, I could pull it over my head without moving any zippers. And, it actually fit, if not snug, but not too tight. A 4X would be better, but it fit me, and it actually showed
off my Boobs, without wearing a bra.

So, as for sizing? It’s like a crap shoot or slot machine.
You win some, you lose more.

Tinker-Thanks for the post with the detail.  A key issue to evaluate if this item in Size 16 (XXXL) is your chest measurement or any other dimension that would be limiting.  (Ie. I have a 49.5-in chest, so if you’re a descent fit with a smaller chest, I need a larger size)

Some of the tables on Ali are hit/miss which is why getting an Intel and discussing how it fits you xx-in chest, xx-in inseam, etc. will be invaluable for other members.   

I need to go through my previous purchases and do the same, if the items are still online.

6'-3" at 250lb with a 40-in waist.

I purchased ( this bra from AliExpress in the 5XL size)  and it fits nicely.

For reference, I am a broad-shouldered girl with a 49-in chest that does not have a lot of boobage that didn't come from a weight room.

The bra fits snugly and feels good.   Not the prettiest thing for others to see, but for the wearer, it gives a nice feminine feel while wearing.  It also doesn't "print" so you can safely wear under most regular clothing.

Though when you check out the sizes a 5xl is 'only' a 106cm bust (42"?) and a 92cm waist (36") - I don't consider myself XL (others may think differently  😁 ) but the 5xl is just about right for me.

I've noticed Temu sizing has seriously improved and is closer to western sizing than any others from China. Ordered a bunch of clothing, and all have fit amazingly well
