Could you please decrease the size of the images? They take forever to load over the mobile network, and they take way too much space on the server (and we are running short of it!)

Another excellent adventure today was to take on a hilly 5km run with my tights worn beneath my....well, my running tights! 

Oh, and wearing my cage as well (48hrs and counting), but not my girdle and stockings.. that'd be weird!




And what do you do after a run? 

Have a shower of course!!!
