What do you think of orgasms?

If I go too long without having an orgasm, I reach a point where all I can think of is needing to cum. It steals my focus from other parts of my life and makes me less able to do the things I really need to do. I hardly ever have orgasms, but when I do, it's almost for the same reason that I would get up to go pee. If my bladder is full, I can't think about anything but a full bladder. Orgasm is also something like that for me. During those times when I find myself needing to orgasm, it turns in to a big setup with all the bondage, latex and whatever else I need.
