Sometimes you come across a photo that isn't all that it first appears.
...what did you think when you first glanced at this one? An enema hose and plug? ...or is it just my dirty perverted mind? 😁 MJ

Probably it's my specially tuned vision. The first word I noticed in the post was "enema", so my opinion is biased now 😁
