Is the difficulty of tracking what is said too much?

Good question I do not have an answer to. I listened on the background while doing some "mechanical" tasks for my work. My attention was fishing out some phrases, suggestions, and completely ignored quite a lot. Though, I'm not sure what was actually ignored and what remembered. At least, the files are quite pleasant to listen to, I think I can use them for listening during the sleep - so far, the best "night files" are "classic/old Bambi" and Samantha Bandler ones (last months it's SB only).

Hey, I am not sure if this is helpful, but i would like to give some kind of feedback on the first file of this series: Trance Control.

The voice: lovely, deep, comfy and natural.. love it.
I listened to this file this weekend, in a loop, but i think i slept during it, I was really tired, but even so, I don't fall asleep this easy. Maybe it was due to the voice being so caring and nice in my mind. Also, for some reason, I kinda feel like i trust it way more than most hypno files in the sense that i really relax and accept anything without worrying about what it is being said.

This could be based on the fact that i listened to some of the loops of the lab series and felt really nice with the voice making me feel so good about myself and kinda empowering me in a way i was not expecting. It does feel like i can trust this author in a way that caught me by surprise.

I listened one more time and think i slept again, on Sunday.

Today, I tried again, and was so relax that i felt i was going to sleep, but this time i just went to a place where my mind was confused and a little lost as I kept finding myself following one voice only to understand i was mixing them minutes later. For some reason this felt good and made me even more relax.

I won't talk about the last part because it is kinda too personal and i am not sure if this is the right place to talk about those more explicit things.

This is the first time i listened to a hypno audio that makes me want to listen again instead of going for the next file, the 02 on this series. It is weird.. I really want to go back there and feel all that again.

The change in this series (Never Rose) from the last (Red Rose) was to try to be more soothing and deliberate conditioning rather than persuasive and descriptive. To that end, the inductions in this series are more straight forward, breathing and countdowns, instead of descriptive imaginative hallways filled with mirrors and misty brain fogs.  The background doesn't have the moans either and the music is much more stable/consistent with the binaural tones.  The multi-voices also were written to compliment each other rather than be two different conversations.  

Basically, thank you for letting me know that this seems to have the effect I was going for.  My biggest worry is that it doesn't make sense.  There is a blurry line of sleepy lullaby confusion versus nonsense uselessness.  

   

I wish I could skip the inductions 😁 I feel like I’m always so curious for the twisted suggestions but all the relaxation stuff gets me impatient.
