I actually did a few tasks on the begining of the program, i kind of like it, but couldn't continue it. I want to hear from other people to know if it's worth the effort or if is just bullshit.

I went through nearly the full program. At least, I read the full program. It defintiely has helpful sides. The basis of it is free and does really contain some helpful idea's, tasks and more.
And if the particular letter wasn't helpful, well it was at most half an hour read you lost.

I think if u took it seriously u would get real changes but yeah i keep signing up and also losing interest i just cant get motivated its the same with files in general i want to do it but i get bored and go back and play video games 
if i found someone that had a interest in helping me it might be different but yeah as of now i just cant
