i live in europe,so that no probs for me.

i´m a size 44-45
normaly you can buy upto size 47 in shops
woman size upto 42

I`m a size 41, but do fit most of size 40. Depends on the shoe.
It`s perfect, just like Ra said, most Dutch girls have that size.
But i have a pair of boots, that are a 39, and those fit perfectly. So or they are huge for a 39, or maybe a faulty size printed on them.
Most of my boots are 40. Had some 42`s but those are all way to big.
