You would need to build it out of proper constructional timber like I used for my chair. Bolt it properly and then attach a point on the top to suspend it from.
Would be good if it could be paired with an electric winch on a timer so it would pull it up and lower it at set times.

Alternatively, I myself would consider using hydraulics or pneumatics as well. Since I used to work as a machinist building those, I would feel far more comfortable with predicting failures in that type of hardware than in a winch of any kind.
