Ouch, that sounds painful. Do you wear an elbow pad or is it the same either way?

I forgot to mention that after going to the hospital, the doctor told me that this is a common condition in older people often called 'Foot Drop', and my case isn't that bad all things considered, but it will take a considerable amount of time to heal, if ever... yeah I love how direct doctors can be. However, what are the odds I didn't need to explain an embarrassing situation?

Usually at least 3 months (depends on the nerve and the damage, of course). They will reconnect.
