I would summarize it thusly: a guided journey deep into a classical story of the type in which the protagonist (you) is roughly forced to realize the terrifying reality behind the lies, and then finds the strength to accept it and keep going onward with his life in spite of the new knowledge.

Lingering aftereffects: total distrust of the system, no longer discuss the news with people, modern pop culture seems toxic, more cooking instead of eating crap, more exercise, but also no longer trying to quit smoking.

Interesting, was curious if it would make me lean closer to the right since there was talks of that in the posts haha

I would say during actual listening the file forcefully drags the listener way, way to the right, away from their initial position A, toward position B, and then afterwards the listener's personality does not stay at position B, but neither quite returns to the initial A.

Sadly life got kinda in the way with insane work, so I didn't have much time to listen to it at all, I did give it a listen once, but I'm not sure I feel any effects yet, unless they're going unnoticed.

Yeah, I also don't know if I'll have any time to myself for real before New Year..
